Dr. Werner Ladwein

CEO & President, Director Dr. Werner Ladwein received his doctorate in Geology and Mineralogy from the University of Innsbruck, Austria, and holds a MBA from the Webster University, USA. Dr. Ladwein has more than 30 years of experience in the petroleum exploration and production industry, while primarily working for OMV Group. From 1992 to 2004, he served OMV Group, as the General Manager in Libya, Albania and Pakistan. From 2004 to 2008, Dr. Ladwein was an Executive Director, Exploration and Production and Member of the Executive Board of OMV Petrom, largest oil and gas producer in South Eastern Europe. Dr. Ladwein has been associated with MNP since September 2010, initially as a Director and later on as the CEO and President.

Peter-Mark Vogel

Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary Mr. Peter-Mark Vogel holds BBA from the University of Zurich, Switzerland and MBA from the University of Chicago, USA. He is a member of the Swiss CFA institute. Mr. Vogel has held several key positions in MNP since 2007. Prior to joining MNP, Mr. Vogel was the Senior Financial Analyst at Bank Sal. Oppenheim Zurich. Earlier, Mr. Vogel began his career as a Regulatory Analyst for Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and was later the Senior Research Analyst at a number of Zurich based private banks. Mr. Vogel plays a key role in strategic financial planning and compliance affairs.
